What is meant by the unit being refurbished?

When purchasing a used mobile phone on Refurbly, you receive a tested, refurbished and restored product according to standardized processes.

All devices have at least 85-100% battery capacity and work like new, regardless of the condition you choose.

Our various cosmetic conditions:

Mint condition: Very few visible signs of use, almost no scratches.

Good condition: Some signs of use such as scratches, no cracks.

OK condition: Clear signs of use such as scratches and scuff marks, no cracks.
Do you offer insurance?

Yes! When buying a mobile phone or tablet, you can add our Refurbly Care insurance.

You get 1 year of protection and a fully assembled screen protector (value SEK 349) for just SEK 595.

What is your return policy?

At Refurbly, it is free to make a return.

You can easily send it back by using the prepaid shipping label included in the package.

All our products have a 30-day open purchase period. Valid from the day you received the product. This assumes that the product is in the same condition as when it was received.
What do I get in the box with the purchase?

In addition to your used mobile phone you get a charging cable, return shipping slip, information sheet and SIM card opener.

Note that the power adapter is not included and needs to be added separately.
